SCHOOL WEEKEND INVITATIONS are not arranged by AFS volunteers. You may not have received an invitation to a weekend because you either live too far away, or there were not enough families to host all students (usually the case). If you were invited, respond to the person on the invitation as soon as possible to insure that you have a place to stay. Always respond to ANY invitations!

At Spring Retreat 08

Fall Retreat, September 27-28 Current AFSers and their host siblings will get to know each other on the low ropes course.

Current high school host siblings are invited to attend fall and spring retreats, and must bring this permission form to the retreat or fax it to Happy at 439-0016.

September 7th, afternoon to dusk the North-Central Pod will have its annual picnic. OPTIONAL This time it will be at Blatnick Park in Niskayuna. This will be a pot luck. If you can't be there for the whole time, come when you can. We play baseball or what ever sports equipment people bring. Whole families are invited. See you there!
